At Steve Madden Canada, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Securely seal the box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
